Fetus VS Child

 

A fetus has the right to it’s mother’s body? Let’s say three years after birth the mother dies and the three year old child needs two lungs of which the Father is a perfect match. Does the three year old have the right to it’s Father’s lungs? If not, why not? The child will be totally dependent on it’s parents body to live. How is age of the child a factor on when it can demand the right to it’s parents body if when it is a fetus it has a right to a parent’s body?
